Multi-Family Foundation Scholarship

 

Below, is the link for the application and other information concerning this year's scholarship application process.  As a reminder, the scholarships are available to family members or non-family members from the MFR host city who are seeking an associate degree or higher.  If you know of a deserving student in the host city, please give that person a copy of the guidelines and scholarship application.

Deadline for Applicant Submission for the 2024 Scholarship Campaign: June 30, 2024.  Only complete application submissions postmarked by the deadline date or emailed to scholarship@multifamilyfoundation.org no later than 11:50 PM June 30 will be accepted.  For questions, contact scholarship@multifamilyfoundation.org 
 

~*~*~* MFF Scholarship FAQs *~*~*~

Should you begin preparing for scholarships during your junior year of high school?
You can wait until your senior year, but it is really not advisable.  The sooner you begin, the more time you will have to prepare, develop good study habits, contact referrals, and write an essay, the better your chance at winning.  Apply for as many different scholarships as you can, and you are bound to win something.
 
Is the MFF Scholarship only for top scholars and athletes?
No.  While we do consider your GPA, the minimum for a college applicant is 2.0, and 2.5 for high school students rather than 4.0.  
 
Do you have to be a great essay writer to get one of the MFF Scholarship Awards?
No, it is more about what you write.  Following the instructions and addressing the essay topic is more crucial to your success.
