  • Fill in the profile information (scroll down) and then click the green Save button at the bottom of the page

  • Once you see "Under Review," close all your browser windows. You will receive an email once your account has been approved (within a few days). You will not be able to log in until we approve your account.

Problems?

While registering, I'm told my email has already been used: This means you already have an account. If you completed the full registration process when you set up your account, simply follow the instructions above to reset your password and try again.

I cannot find the email that the system was supposed to sent to me: Please check your Junk/Spam folder for an email from "MyEvent." You should add "myevent.com" and "multifamilyfoundation.org" to your Safe/Approved Sender list so you will always receive these emails. Read this for more information.

I am using a username, not an email to log in: The system was updated in 2025 to require the use of an email addresses instead of uernames. You must use the email address associated with your account to log in. If you cannot log in with your email address, please reset your password using the instructions above.

I registered, but it says I have not been approved or it says my profile is not complete: If you only entered your name, email, and a password, you did not finish the registration process. You were sent an email that you must use to verify your email address and finish your profile. See the video above on how to register. Once you have finished completing your profile, please allow 5 days for your account to be approved (usually happens within 1-2 days).

Still having problems? Please send an email to webstuff@multifamilyfoundation.org. Please describe what you are trying to do, the problem you are having, what you have tried, and include any relevant screenshots.
